CALL FOR SURPLUS BIDS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of St. Maries Joint School District No. 41, 
Benewah and Shoshone Counties, St. Maries, Idaho will receive and consider sealed bids for the 
following miscellaneous surplus items, with all bids submitted by LOT NUMBER, referencing the 
identified LOT NUMBER being bid upon:

Bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 5, 2026, to the undersigned Clerk 
at the above address for opening/tabulation. Bids received after the above stated date and time 
will not be considered. Written submitted bids must include the bidder's name, address, telephone 
number, and the description of the items being bid upon, including lot number. BIDS MUST REFERENCE 
LOT NUMBER ON BID. The word "BID" must be written on the outside of the sealed envelope. Bids must 
be delivered to the District Office located at 240 South 11ᵗʰ Street, St.
Maries, Idaho so that they may be time-stamped with received date in the event of a tie bid. In the 
event of a tie bid, the bid which is time stamped first will be determined the successful bidder. 
Bids will be taken under advisement and awarded at the regularly scheduled Board meeting on Monday, 
August 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., in the Board Room of the District Office, 240 11ᵗʰ Street, St. 
Maries, Idaho.

Items will be available for inspection on Thursday, July 23, 2026, during the hours of 11:00 a.m. 
to 1:00 p.m., and Thursday, July 30, 2026, during the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the 
District's Transportation Department, located at 215 N. 15ᵗʰ Street, St. Maries, Idaho 83861.

The successful bidder must take delivery of and pay for the purchased items by Tuesday, September 
9, 2026, or they will be awarded to the next highest bidder.

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject or to select any portion thereof of 
any or all bids and to waive any technicality.
